The Foxboro FBM202 is a high-performance 8-channel isolated thermocouple input module designed for the I/A Series distributed control system. This module interfaces directly with standard thermocouple sensors (Types J, K, T, E, R, S, B, and N) and millivolt signals, providing precise temperature data to the controller backplane. By providing individual channel-to-channel isolation, the FBM202 effectively eliminates ground loop interference and protects control logic from field-side transients.
