Product Description

The 3300/16-11-01-01-00-01-02 is a dual-channel radial vibration and gap voltage monitor designed for the Bently Nevada 3300 rack system. It measures peak-to-peak shaft vibration and DC gap voltage, enabling early detection of imbalance, misalignment, and bearing wear in rotating machinery.

This configuration includes internal safety barriers and CSA/NRTL/C hazardous area approval, making it suitable for Class I, Div 2 environments. The front panel provides direct vibration and gap indication without external software.

FAQ

What is the advantage of the internal safety barrier (01)?
It limits field energy to prevent ignition in hazardous areas and removes the need for external barrier modules.

Does it support XY orbit analysis?
Yes. With two probes mounted 90° apart, buffered outputs allow external orbit analysis.

How is “OK” status monitored?
The module continuously checks for open/short circuits in probes and cables to prevent false trips due to sensor faults.
