The SPDSI22 is a 16-channel high-level digital input module designed for ABB Harmony / Symphony Plus (S+ Heritage) rack-based control systems. It provides a robust and electrically isolated interface between field-level status signals and the system controller, ensuring reliable acquisition of discrete process information in demanding industrial environments.

A key advantage of the SPDSI22 is its universal input capability, allowing a single hardware platform to accept 24–125 VDC and 120 VAC signals. Integrated signal conditioning and hardware filtering suppress electrical noise and contact bounce, ensuring accurate, real-time status detection for control logic, interlocking, and sequence-of-events applications.
