The 3500/25 (125800-01) is a dual-channel Keyphasor I/O module designed for the Bently Nevada 3500 Monitoring System. This half-height module provides precise phase and timing reference signals for rotating machinery diagnostics.

It converts input signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups into conditioned digital timing pulses. These pulses are used by the monitoring system to calculate rotational speed and synchronous vibration parameters such as 1X amplitude and phase angle—critical for orbit analysis, vector calculations, and multi-plane balancing.

The 125800-01 configuration features internal terminations that simplify field wiring and reduce installation complexity. It is fully compatible with Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) rack architectures, ensuring high availability in mission-critical machinery protection systems.
