Product Description

The CC-TDIL01 is a high-density Input/Output Termination Assembly (IOTA) designed for the Honeywell Experion PKS Series C architecture. It provides the essential physical and electrical interface for 32-channel digital input modules, specifically the CC-PDIS01.

This termination board securely connects field wiring from discrete devices such as limit switches, push buttons, and alarm contacts, enabling accurate signal transmission to the C300 controller. It supports Sequence of Events (SOE) functionality when paired with compatible modules, making it suitable for high-speed event monitoring and diagnostics.

Engineered for high-reliability industrial environments, the CC-TDIL01 features a compact vertical mounting design that optimizes cabinet space while maintaining easy access to terminals for maintenance. It also includes integrated power distribution to the I/O module and provides protection against electrical transients commonly found in heavy industrial applications.

Application Scenarios

The CC-TDIL01 is widely used in power plant emergency shutdown systems, oil and gas refinery monitoring, and large-scale manufacturing lines. It is particularly suitable for digital signal termination applications requiring high-speed SOE (1 ms resolution) for precise post-event analysis and root cause diagnostics.

Technical FAQ

Can this board be used for redundant digital input configurations?
No. The CC-TDIL01 is a simplex (non-redundant) termination assembly. For high-availability systems requiring redundancy, the CC-TDIL11 redundant IOTA is required.

Does the CC-TDIL01 include the active electronics?
No. The CC-TDIL01 is only the termination assembly (baseboard). The active module, such as the CC-PDIS01, must be installed separately to process and convert field signals.
