The 5464-654 is a high-density Discrete Output (DO) module developed by Woodward, Inc. for the MicroNet control platform.

This module provides 32 independent digital output channels for controlling safety and automation devices such as solenoids, relays, and auxiliary equipment in turbine and engine control systems. It delivers millisecond-level response times synchronized with CPU control cycles, ensuring precise execution of control logic commands.

The module features a potentiometer-free, calibration-free architecture, enabling true plug-and-play replacement without requiring hardware adjustment or field recalibration. In the event of CPU communication loss, the built-in watchdog safety logic automatically de-energizes all outputs to place the system in a safe state.
