The TC-IAH161 is a 16-channel High-Level Analog Input (HLAI) module designed for the Honeywell Experion PKS Series C I/O platform. It interfaces with standard industrial analog signals, including 4–20 mA and 1–5 VDC, from field transmitters and sensors.

Equipped with a 16-bit sigma-delta A/D converter, the module provides high-precision signal acquisition for the C300 controller. Each channel incorporates advanced filtering to suppress high-frequency noise and 50/60 Hz interference common in industrial power systems.

The TC-IAH161 supports HART pass-through communication, enabling remote configuration and diagnostics of smart transmitters without interrupting the primary analog signal. Its compact vertical Series C design ensures efficient thermal management and high-density cabinet installation.
