Product Description

The TC-CCR012 is a high-reliability ControlNet bridge module designed for Honeywell C300 Controller architectures within the Experion PKS environment. It provides dual-media redundancy using two independent physical network ports to ensure uninterrupted communication in mission-critical industrial applications.

Unlike single-port interfaces, the TC-CCR012 features dual DB9 connectors (Port A / Port B), enabling automatic switchover if one communication path fails. This ensures continuous data transmission without interruption to control logic or process variables.

The module is optimized for twisted-pair ControlNet networks, with a hardware design focused on signal integrity, thermal stability, and operation in remote I/O cabinets under demanding environmental conditions.
