Application Scenarios

The IS200STAIH2ACB is widely deployed in power generation environments, particularly within:

  • Gas turbine control panels

  • Steam turbine control systems

  • Combined-cycle power plants

It is commonly used for interfacing:

  • Temperature transmitters

  • Pressure transducers

  • Flow meters

  • Auxiliary analog instrumentation

Its compact footprint and high channel density make it ideal for retrofit cabinets and high-speed turbine control applications where space optimization is critical.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the output channel drive high-current actuators?
Yes. While both outputs support standard 0–20 mA signaling, one channel can be configured to deliver up to 200 mA for specialized instrumentation or actuator requirements.

Is this board compatible with redundant systems?
The IS200STAIH2ACB is designed for simplex operation. For TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) architectures, verify that the overall system configuration supports integration of simplex terminal boards within a redundant framework.
