Product Description

The TC-CCN013 is a high-availability ControlNet communication module designed for the Honeywell Experion PKS Series C architecture. It serves as a dedicated communication bridge for the C300 controller, enabling deterministic data exchange across ControlNet networks.

Engineered for mission-critical systems, the module supports hardware-level redundant media paths with automatic failover, ensuring continuous network availability. It offloads network scheduling and media access control from the main controller processor, maintaining deterministic control loop execution.

Optimized for the Series C form factor, the TC-CCN013 offers efficient thermal management and high-density cabinet integration. Built-in diagnostics and front-panel LED indicators provide real-time visibility of module status, network health, and redundancy state via Experion Control Builder.

FAQ

Does TC-CCN013 support both single and redundant media configurations?
Yes. While optimized for dual-path redundancy, it can operate in single-media mode if redundancy is not required.

Is it compatible with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley ControlNet devices?
Although based on the ControlNet protocol, the TC-CCN013 is firmware-optimized for the Honeywell Experion Series C and C300 ecosystem. Cross-platform interoperability should be validated per project requirements.
